Job Description

What you'd do:

Oversee operations and programming at the soon to be built ideaLAB at Hampden Branch, a brand new makerspace/digital media lab. Help develop and implement STEM(Science Technology Engineering Math) and maker programming for customers of all ages. Provide one-on-one and group training on the use of various types of technology and tools, ranging from using a mouse to using a laser cutter and basic web development and coding.

Although the full salary range for this position is provided, starting salary is typically made at or near the range minimum.  The City and County of Denver benefit package will be offered.

The schedule will be determined by the needs of the department and WILL include evening and weekend hours

Ability to pass a background check after the offer to hire has been made. 
 
A Bachelor's degree.

One year of experience teaching or presenting information.

Ability to teach web development/basic coding/programming (preferred, not required).

Second language fluency (preferred, not required)
