Job Description
Responsibilities: Coordinates the classification, indexing, shelving and circulation of books, periodicals, audio-visual and multi-media information. Researches and investigates special projects and prepares reports/ analysis. Maintains proper functions of the Video Library which include: booking and circulation activities; selecting and acquiring new additions to the video collection; performing item record management on new videos/DVD's; weeding and inventories of collection; communication with Video/DVD vendors and school personnel on acquisitions issues; circulates, packages, ships and shelves materials for the other circulating collections as dictated by demand.
