Job Description

Develops and implements literacy program goals and strategies; promotes the program to diverse groups in the community; oversees literacy collection development and software acquisitions; prepares budget; seeks outside funding sources through grants and gifts; supervises, trains and evaluates staff; other duties as assigned.

Three - Five years of increasingly responsible experience in managing a human services program.
