Job Description
The Penrose Library at the University of Denver seeks to fill the position of Student Outreach Librarian & Research Center Coordinator. This is a full-time, benefited, non-tenure track faculty position.
This position will be responsible for liaison to student organizations and student life units; outreach, advocacy, and marketing to student and student life groups, and programming for students as the library moves forward to integrate research into the curriculum. This position will also develop the Research Help Center into a consultation program in collaboration with the Writing Center. This position will, along with reference and research librarians specializing in the disciplines, manage graduate students staffing the Research Help Center. This position works closely with the Instruction Librarian on curriculum integration so that the research consultation program meets both individual student research needs and the needs of the faculty, in the context of research within curricula across the disciplines.
