Job Description
Position provides reference assistance to adults and children using community, manual, electronic, and online resources. In addition, work involves advising patrons on choice of books and materials appropriate for themselves or for their child, and offering assistance to patrons using the computers. As a substitute this position may also assist regular staff with special projects, data entry, and clerical duties as needed.Additional Info & Requirements
1 year customer service experience with good communication and computer skills. Must be able to work some evenings, weekends and minor holidays.HR Info
