Job Description

With a growing budget and increased programming, NCPL seeks an entrepreneur with FISH! attitude, superior customer service and entrepreneurial skills to serve our community. Helps plans and implement proactive library services. Excellent career development for someone with tested communication skills and interest in outreach to serve our community. Works in a team environment to provide general readers’ advisory and reference services, both at a public service desk and while roaming throughout the library. Develops and presents programs in the library as well as at outreach venues. Assists in collection development.
