This is a terrific opportunity for someone who wants to get in on the ground floor of planning and constructing a new and larger library to serve this fast-growing community. New Richmond is located in Northwest Wisconsin, an area that is part of the Minneapolis-St. Paul MN – WI Combined Statistical Area.
