Tiverton Public Library is hiring a temporary part-time library assistant. The position will start February 2020 and run through October 2020 with the option to stay on as an on-call associate after October 2020. Rate of pay is $14.00/hour for this position. Some college education, computer skills, and a helpful patron service attitude are required; library experience and familiarity with Interlibrary Loan Sierra Software is preferred.
Set scheduled hours will include Mondays 5pm-8pm, Tuesdays 10am-1pm, and a rotating Friday/Saturday 10am-2pm. Hours will be split between the Information Desk and the Children’s Library Desk.
