Douglas is a rural community in east central Wyoming, located between Casper and Cheyenne. We are looking for a branch manager for our impressive, high circulation library that is a hub of our community. Join our team and help our library navigate the unknown.
The successful candidate will be a skilled leader, supervisor, and planner with a strong commitment to public service who can actively support business goals and objectives, make competent decisions, remain organized, and meet deadlines. In addition, you should have a history of establishing and maintaining community partnerships, providing services to children and adults, and managing library collections. You should enjoy and feel comfortable working with people of all ages, backgrounds, and dispositions. You should also demonstrate a willingness to learn internal library operations, work with computers and other technology, and be a team player.
This position is exempt with a salary range of $45,000 - 52,000 DOE. Benefits package includes health/dental/vision insurance, retirement plan, paid holidays, paid vacation, and automatic payroll deposit.
