Job Description

The Lone Tree Library has an opening for a p/t Materials Handler Technician (20 hrs/wk). The position involves accurately shelving books and library materials, working with our new sorter system, and maintaining shelf order and appearance.

Additional Info & Requirements

HS students are welcome to apply. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills. Position requires ability to stand for several hours per shift, to bend to floor level and to reach a height over 70 inches. Must be able to push movable carts loaded to a maximum of 250 pounds, carry 10 pounds and lift up to 35 pounds. Must have ability to learn library procedures, and must be able to learn basic operations for our library computer and sorter system. Must be able to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends, as early as 7 am weekdays and 9 am Sundays.
