Job Description
Adult/Teen Librarian
You get to define this amazing job. Most of your time will be spent planning and presenting programs that engage adults and/or teens, developing an amazing collection for adults and teens and working with patrons at the library circulation desk and in the community through collaboration and networking. You will share your love and enthusiasm for what the Eaton Public Library can offer to our patrons. Visit the Eaton Public Library Facebook page to see the types of programs we offer virtually and imagine your next program as part of our lineup!
The Community
Eaton is a farming community 5 miles north of Greeley. The library is part of the High Plains Library District but has its own governing board and is a town library. Greeley offers cultural opportunities at the University of Northern Colorado, and the excellent cultural arts center and living history campus provide leisure time activity options only a few miles from Eaton. Eaton Library still retains the original 1911 library as part of its current 12,000 sf facility which was last expanded in 2015. It remains a place where people greet you by name as you pass on the street.
