Job Description
- Guide customers seeking assistance with public computer services, printing and copying, or digital and emerging technologies at the public service desk or through instructional classes.
- Provide reference and reader's advisory service.
- Maintain and provide excellent customer service at the public service desk.
- Create displays, reading lists, and promotional materials.
- Basic navigation of and troubleshooting for other electronic resources.
- Work as a team with Public Service and Programming staff.

Hiring for three Patron Service Associates positions.
- Part time, benefitted Patron Services Associate - 32 hours
- Temporary, non-benefited Patron Services Associate - 24 hours
- Patron Services Associate sub pool
Schedule will vary and includes days, evenings and weekends.
Bachelor's degree and one year experience in library work, OR any equivalent combination in training and experience with extensive public contact.
