Account Coordinator, New Titles/Approvals Dept. Position responsibilities include: • Set-up/maintain customer order profiles in collaboration w/sales staff & customers • Create/analyze reports; research & provide solutions to a variety of queries from customers & team members • Prepare automated cost estimates & bibliographies. Position Requirements: • Bachelor Degree and 1+ yrs experience in book-related business • Strong written/verbal communication skills • Good research skills • Good PC skills (Database experience: SQL/XML skills a plus) • Master of Library Science (big plus) Successful applicants will have a dedication to quality in customer service and ability to work well with others.
