Job Description
The Board of Trustees of Ashburnham, MA’s Stevens Memorial Library seeks a visionary leader with strong strategic planning and financial management skills and a record of enhancing public library services. The new director will be able to articulate, support and promote the Library’s mission and collaborate with the Trustees, staff, volunteers and the community it serves.

Paid work Week 35 hours including 1 evening/week & 1 Saturday/month
Starting vacation commensurate with experience

Ashburnham is a rural community in north central Massachusetts located due north of Worcester sharing a border with New Hampshire. It has a population of 6,352 with both an above average household income and above average residential education level. The library is highly regarded and plays a central role within the community.
