Job Description
The University of Rhode Island's University Libraries seeks a full-time Information Services Technician I. The regular work schedule for this position is Tuesday through Saturday, 12:30pm to 8:30pm. Under the direction of the Robert L. Carothers Library's Head of Access Services, the Information Services Technician I will provide assistance to library users and respond to a wide variety of user needs at the Circulation Desk. The Information Services Technician I, in conjunction with other full-time staff, is also responsible for the training and supervision of student employees.

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
THE NON-COVID SCHEDULE WILL BE 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM — Tuesday through Saturday.
IT CANNOT YET BE DETERMINED WHEN THIS REGULAR SCHEDULE WILL TAKE EFFECT.
WORK HOURS AND DAYS OFF WILL ALSO VARY DURING WINTER INTERCESSION, SPRING BREAK, AND THE SUMMER SEASON.
