POSITION:
This administrative professional position reports to the Coordinator for Library Technology Services (LTS). S/he works as part of Library Technology Services, but will interact with every department of the University Libraries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position works in a team-based environment with other IT professionals in the Libraries, and will:
• Direct the implementation and support of approximately 600 networked PCs, laptops, printers, and document scanners in the University Libraries. This includes tasks such as configuring PCs and Macs, installing and upgrading software, customizing application software for specific user needs, and preparing cloning images.
