Provides support in circulation and readers advisory activities, in the use of the Internet, in accessing the library
catalog and reference materials, and other situational demands.
2. Maintains an understanding of the needs of youth from several perspectives including cognitive development,
emotional and social development, and educational development.
3. Knowledge of and efficient use of a variety of reference materials to provide excellent customer service to
